24/7 City Security Starts in Girne Old Harbour

The Girne Municipality City Security Unit has started to provide 24/7 service. With the completion of the restoration of the Ancient Harbour and the acceleration of the Girne Municipality harbour projects, the biggest deficiency in the area, which is security, has been addressed by implementing a 24/7 patrol system.

Teams, who are now able to be more active in the region with the opening of the ‘City Security Unit’ office at the entrance to the Girne Ancient Harbour, will operate “24/7” within the boundaries of the Girne Municipality, especially in the Ancient Harbour.
