Sadrazamköy-Kayalar Road, which has not been maintained and repaired for a very long time, was repaired in cooperation with the Department of Highways and Lapta-Alsancak-Çamlıbel Municipality.
Road improvements
Minister of Public Works and Transport Erhan Arıklı said that it will now be more comfortable to travel on the road, which has become an ordeal for the people of the region.
Arıklı noted that despite all the impossibilities, the Department of Highways has signed many projects thanks to the cooperation initiated with local governments.
Minister Arıklı stated that the maintenance and repair of the Güvercinlik village road started the other day, and with the completion of this, the road in the Güvercinlik Industrial Zone will also be repaired.
Arıklı thanked Lapta-Alsancak-Çamlıbel Municipality Mayor Fırat Ataser and his employees for their cooperation in the maintenance and repair of the Sadrazamköy-Kayalar Road.
While the Highways Department provided asphalt for the maintenance and repair works that started today on the Sadrazamköy-Kayalar Road, Lapta-Alsancak-Çamlıbel Municipality also undertook the work. Thanks to the works, an area of 900 square meters on the road has been patched.
