Following the work of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation, the temporary infrastructure was completed for the Derinya and Aplıç border gates and the two border crossings were opened on November 12, 2018.
Those travellers using the checkpoints have noted the insufficient infrastructure and the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation is pleased to announce that the tender for permanent infrastructure on both border crossings has been completed and construction work began mid November 2018. The construction work is expected to be completed in two months and the result will be as shown in the artist’s impressions.
