The Ministry of Tourism and Environment participated in the Ferien Messe 2018 Tourism Fair this year as part of its efforts to promote tourism in the TRNC.
The fair took place in Vienna from 11th to 14th of January 2018.
The TRNC was promoted as a top travel destination at a modern stand equipped with beautiful visual materials showcasing the country. The TRNC took part alongside 750 tourism sector representatives from 70 countries.
Stands were also reserved for TRNC tourism bodies, KITSAB and KITOB, which were visited by airline companies, tour operators, travel agencies, tourism authors and tourism industry professionals from across Europe.
