Ataoğlu: “The Civil Defence Organisation aiming to lower the loss of life and loss of property”
Tourism and Environment Minister Fikri Ataoğlu visited the Civil Defence Organisation President and has stated that “the Civil Defence Organisation is the most important element of the whole defence system with the aim to minimize the loss of public lives and property”.
The Tourism and Environment Minister remarked that the Civil Defence Organisation has made a very meaningful mission for Northern Cyprus and has carried out important duties and he said that there are many activities carried out jointly together with the Ministry of Tourism and Environment in the work of the Organisation.
Ataoğlu emphasized that the Ministry is ready to give all kinds of support to the Civil Defence Organisation which is one of the most important elements of the defence of the people in the event of war and disasters so that the cooperation of the institutions is a very important part in all respects for the benefit of society.
Civil Defence Organisation President Erdoğan Çelebi also stated that the Organisation is ready to take part in all kinds of cooperation and joint projects with the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, as always.
