Ahmet Abdulaziz – Art Exhibition at Black Olive, Alsancak

We had the pleasure of meeting up with Ahmet Abdulaziz in January 2015 to talk to him about his I Run/I Walk project which in itself is a brilliant achievement and many will have seen him running/walking on the Girne/Lefkoşa road, but we discovered that there was much more to Ahmet.  As well as running/walking, he has written 3 books (and by now perhaps more), and we also learned that he is a very accomplished artist, so a man of many talents.

From time to time I have seen examples of Ahmet’s paintings and he is now having an exhibition of his work at the Black Olive cafe/studio on Wednesday 22^nd June.  This will start at 7pm until 10pm and, as well as having an opportunity to see Ahmet’s paintings, for 15TL visitors can enjoy a plate of nibbles prepared by Vicki, which are bound to be delicious, also the bar will be open.   Please contact Vicki to book so she is aware of numbers – call 0533 835 5133
