On Tuesday, 8^th March 2016 we held our monthly coffee morning at the lovely venue of Di Figaro in Karaoğlanoğlu.

It was a beautiful day and approximately 80 people were able to join us in the sunshine.

We were made very welcome by the owner, Salih Harmandağlı, who was on hand to serve his tea and coffee and also provided members of staff to carry the tables required for our stallholders.  Thank you, Salih.

The delicious scones and cakes were made by Carole Shanley and Committee member Mehmet Salih Aktun.  Thank you to Carole and Mehmet.

The amount raised was almost 2,000TL and this was boosted by a donation of 2,000TL from Margaret Keenan, who runs a regular bingo night on Sunday evenings at 8pm at The Lodge in Ҫatalkoy.  The NCCCT would like to say a big thank you to Margaret and to everyone who supports the bingo night.  If you fancy a night out whilst supporting a good cause, please contact Margaret on 0533 861 9328 for further details.

Thanks to everyone who came and we hope to see you all next month at The Malpas restaurant in Catalkoy.   All the money we raise is used to purchase equipment for the state hospital in Girne.
