Jamie’s new additional Guitar Club will be at the Baroosh Bar in Alsancak every Wednesday from 6pm to 8pm. If you like music this is a good chance to learn a new skill.

16^th December to 19^th December	Exhibition at the Bedesten, Lefkosa – “Project on Architectural, Cultural Heritage Protection and Preservation of Akincilar (Lurucina) Village” .. Organised by the Cyprus International University..
17^th December – Thursday	Classic film event at The Food Lodge in Catalkoy in association with the DVD Shop, Catalkoy. Starting at 6.30pm you can enjoy Scrooged (1988) …. 12TL for the film, a soft drink and popcorn. There are also hot dogs and nachos available…. 19th December –Saturday	The Black Olive Cafe, Alsancak will be having a Children’s Christmas Workshop from 12noon to 3pm, with lunch and Father Christmas .. 50TL including lunch and drinks and decorating their own gingerbread house and cookies to take home .. 22^nd December – Tuesday	SeAngle Bar, Catalkoy – Special Jamie and Friends Christmas Singalong of traditional carols and Christmas songs .. To reserve a table call 0533 869 3834 or leave a Facebook message for Jamie.
23^rd December – Wednesday	Dogankoy Community Association will be having a fun carol singing event starting at 4pm at Dogankoy Church … Following this there will be a gathering at the Muhtarlik for mulled wine and mince pies.
23^rd December – Wednesday	Rotary Club of Kyrenia Liman will be having an End of Year Party at the Dome Hotel, Girne starting at 7pm which will be a Reception with music, raffle … Canapés etc. 60TL per person including local drinks.

23^rd December to 6^th January	Exhibition of work by the Asik Mene Studio Hisar Art Group artists at the Ismet Vehit Guney Exhibition Centre in Lefkosa … The exhibition will be opened by Sibel Siber at 6.30pm on the 23^rd December and it will be open to the public from 24^th December to 6^th January from 10am to 6pm.

25^th December – Friday Christmas Day HAPPY CHRISTMAS	Christmas Morning swim in aid of charity at Shayna Beach, Catalkoy, starting at 10am … The event will be in aid of KAR, NCCCT and Karakum Special Needs School … Turkish and English breakfasts will be available after the swim. Proceeds to the 3 charities … Even if you are not brave enough to swim, please try to go along and give support.
