Rainfall set to continue this week

The meteorology department has announced that unsettled conditions are set to continue this week with more rain forecast for tomorrow and later in the week.

Temperatures will experience a slight drop remaining 18-21 degrees inland and in coastal areas.

Winds will be northerly and easterly moderate becoming strong at times.

Meanwhile, torrential rainfall flooded streets, roads and neighbourhoods in the capital Lefkoşa and other regions in Northern Cyprus today, disrupting traffic and causing minor damages.
