GAUSEM – Pastry Courses

Admissions for pastry courses are being held under the co-operation of the nearly century old Akpınar Patisseries and Girne American University – GAUSEM.

The pastry courses are available for all ages and it is especially ideal for housewives who wish to develop themselves. The courses have been arranged to include, pastry making methods, techniques, health and hygiene rules. The course duration is 30 hours. The successful trainees will be awarded with certificates and certificates of achievements.
