Champion Girls' Athletics Team Meets Girne Mayor

The champion athletes from the 23 Nisan Primary School Girls’ Athletics Team, who achieved victory in the Little Athletics Championships organized by the Ministry of National Education in collaboration with the Athletics Federation, paid a visit to Girne Mayor Murat Şenkul.

Along with the athletes, the visit included Kumru Kiremitçioğlu, the Principal of 23 Nisan Primary School, Deputy Principal Ahmet Özçaylı, Physical Education Teacher Hasan Saltuk, and Vice President of the School Parent-Teacher Association Canan Eraslan.

During the visit discussions were held regarding the participation of the athletes, who became champions of Northern Cyprus, in the Turkish Athletics Championships to be held in Mersin on Monday, May 13th. Şenkul extended his best wishes for success to the young athletes who will represent our country.
