North Cyprus Events Calendar from 12th July 2018

A list of events you can look forward to in North Cyprus. For those charity fund-raisers, venues etc. who would like to include an event in the Weekly Events Calendar, contact Chris or Margaret at cyprusscene.com.

The Events Calendar is published every week on Thursday so please try to submit information you would like to be included by Tuesday evening each week.

The North Cyprus Forum events calendar is now incorporated on the cyprusscene website where you can register as a member and post your own events.

12^th July – Thursday	Quiz Night and Karaoke at SAS Bar (The Venue), Turtle Bay, Esentepe at 8.30pm. 5TL per person. To book teams call 0533 884 9816
12^th July – Thursday	Spaghetti Junction, Catalkoy, quiz night in aid of Tulips starting at 8 pm. 50 questions and a table top extra. 5TL per person. Quiz will be split 50/50 to the winning team and Tulips. Raffle 5TL a ticket, winner chooses envelope for meal for 2 at Spaghetti Junction, bottle of wine, or money. If the money is not won on the night it rolls over.
13^th July – Friday	The Soulist Coffee and Music House, Alsancak will be featuring Lady M Jazz Quartet from 10pm. 25TL entrance.
16^th July – Monday	Seabreeze Restaurant in Tatlisu is holding a table top sale from 12.00 noon to 16.00pm which will be in aid of NCCCT.
16^th July – Monday	SAS Bar (previously The Venue), Turtle Bay, Esentepe, will be having a Bingo night with Martin from 8.30pm. Books 25TL.
18^th July – Wednesday	The Soulist Coffee and Music House, Alsancak will be featuring Ed Sezener Trio – Blues & Rock from 10pm. 25TL entrance.

21^st July – Saturday	Bottles Bar, Esentepe will be having a Table Top Sale from 10am, to help the street animals of the area. Lots of items to choose from. There will also be a raffle.
23^rd July – Monday	SAS Bar (previously The Venue), Turtle Bay, Esentepe, will be having a Bingo night with Martin from 8.30pm. Books 25TL.
25^th July – Wednesday	The Soulist Coffee and Music House, Alsancak will be featuring Ed Sezener Trio – Blues & Rock from 10pm. Entrance 25TL.
26^th July – Thursday	Classic film event at The Food Lodge in Catalkoy in association with the DVD Shop, Catalkoy. Starting at 7.30pm you can enjoy The African Queen (1951) …. 12TL for the film, a soft drink and popcorn. There are also hot dogs and nachos available…….. 11^th September – Tuesday	Best Seller, Karakum will be having a book signing of Through the Third Eye by Olcay Akdeniz from 1pm. A very enjoyable book.
~~15^th September – Saturday~~ SORRY – THIS IS NOW CANCELLED	The King Is Back 2018 World Tour, an international Las Vegas style Elvis show, with 10 musicians and vocalists on stage, plus the incomparable Ben Portsmouth as Elvis. This will be staged at Girne Amphitheatre. An event not to be missed. In aid of the Civil Emergency Service Volunteers (CESV).
15^th September – Saturday	British Residents Society – Blood Donor Day at Dr Akcicek Hospital, Girne from 10am. If you are able to give blood please try to attend.
19^th September – Wednesday	Supper Club at the Colony Garden featuring The Bellevilles with a dedicated Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons show. The event is in aid of the Civil Emergency Service Volunteers (CESV). 7pm Welcome cocktail. followed by 3 course set meal with vegetarian option, and all local drinks plus imported labels from 7.30 – midnight. Tickets cost £55 per person and will be available last week of August. 26^th September – Wednesday	RBL will be holding Proms in the Park at the Wild Duck, Lapta. 20TL for members, 15TL for non-members. There will be food available and you can also bring your own picnic. Bar open for food and drinks at 4pm and gate open from 6pm.
