On Thursday 24th August between 9.00 to 11.00 am the Ministry of Tourism and Environment will be organizing a cleaning day at the Kasgar seashore area in Girne.
This is a great opportunity to clean an attractive beachfront area that has lots of potential for the enjoyment of visitors and local residents if it is treated with respect..
This event is being organised with the support of the Girne Municipality, Girne Police, whose divers plan to clean the sea bed on the shoreline. NGO organizations and citizens and everybody is welcome to come along and lend a hand to help create an environment to be proud of for the future.
