25th January – Saturday	Andrew sings….. will be at Rafters Restaurant in Ozanköy. You can be sure of a good night’s entertainment and good food.
25th January – Saturday	BRS Blood Donor Day at Girne State Hospital.
26th January – Sunday	Andrew sings….. will be at Melly’s Bar on the Bellapais Road, Girne. This should be a good night’s entertainment.
27th January – Monday	Friends of the TRNC Emergency Services will be holding their monthly quiz night at the new venue of Santoria Village, Alsancak, starting at 7.30pm. 15TL includes a supper of Chicken Casserole with Chips or a Vegetarian Quiche. If you don’t wish to eat the price will be 5TL.Places need to be booked by calling Brenda on 0533 840 7834 or Jenny on 0533 876 1483.
30th January/31st January and 1st February (Thursday/Friday/Saturday)	KADS will be performing 2 one-act plays – Bang You’re Dead and Strictly Sex Factor (on ice) at the Girne Municipality Cultural Centre.Invitations at 15TL can be obtained from Lambousa Saturday market or at the door.Profits are to be donated to Kyrenia Animal Rescue and SOS Children’s Village.
31st January – Friday	The Black Olive Cafe will be having a Ladies Night from 7pm with an angel or tarot reading of 10 minutes. 15TL for the reading but don’t delay as there are only a few places left. 20TL for dinner.Booking required for both by calling Vicki on 0533 835 5133 or email theblackolivecafe@gmail.com
31st January – Friday	The Corner House, Ozankoy will be holding a Chinese New Year event to mark the Year of the Horse. 7pm. Chinese style 3-course menu at 50TL per person.To book a table telephone 0533 845 3465
7th February – Friday	The Olive Press will be holding their combined Bingo/Quiz Night which will be hosted by Brian and Adele Thomas. 7.30 onwards.
10th February – Monday	RBL Quiz Night at 7pm – Deniz Kizi Hotel.
11th February – Tuesday	NCCCT Coffee Morning will be from 10.30am at the Rocks Hotel in Girne. Always a nice venue to attend.
12th February – Wednesday	Friends of the TRNC Emergency Services will be holding their very popular Afternoon Tea Talk at The Mountain View Hotel, Karaoglanoglu at 3pm. The speaker will be Pembe Ibrahim from Citizens Advice who will be talking about wills and other legal queries.12TL will cover sandwiches, cakes and tea/coffee. 14th February – Friday	Valentine’s Night at Windy Hill, Esentepe. There will be live music and a buffet. Cost to be confirmed later.
14th February – Friday	The British Residents’ Society have arranged a Valentine’s Dinner and Dance at The Dome Hotel, Girne. 7.30 for 8pm. Black tie/suit. There will be a welcome drink and music by Tuxedo Junction.Tickets 75TL for members and 85TL for non-members
15th February – Saturday	The Olive Press will be holding their combined Bingo/Quiz Night which will be hosted by Brian and Adele Thomas. 7.30 onwards.
17th February – Monday	NCCCT Bingo at the Pine Bay Hotel, Alsancak starting at 8pm. The rollover jackpot stands at 1000TL, well worth trying to win.35TL for a book of bingo sheets and a mini Mars or Snickers Bar for winning lines or a house and of course there is the free raffle as well.
