KAV Coffee Morning

We have received news of a mammoth event organised by the Cancer Research Association (KAV) and this is its first nationwide coffee morning to raise awareness.  Their slogan is “let’s have our first coffee of the season together and fight cancer”.

Individuals and establishments have been asked to hold a coffee morning between 10am and 12noon on Saturday 1st June 2013 and distribute KAV leaflets and newsletters.   KAV will be giving everyone donation jars and donations will be collected from people attending the coffee morning.

Posters have been made available to put on display and establishments have agreed to arrange donations in one of the following ways:-

Donate a certain amount of their takings between 10am and 12noon
Donate all of the coffee takings
Give a percentage
Put a certain amount of money into the jar for each customer.

When the jars are collected by KAV representatives they will issue a receipt to the individuals or establishments for the amount collected.

KAV are being sponsored by Özerelat Coffee and Rana Fahrioğlu (Dimes) who will be supplying coffee and other drinks in order to hold the parties.
