Gaining Northern Cypriot Citizenship

The Chairman of The British Residents Society, David Brown, has provided us with a copy of the white paper of a resolution, issued by the Northern Cypriot government, Internal Affairs Ministry, concerning the gaining of citizenship in North Cyprus.
