    “My wife got an email from Pegasus today explaining the new flight changes and confirming our seats for the middle of June. The only problem was the Turkish and the English versions didn’t match so she phoned them up. After a lot of hassle trying to explain, my wife was told that in fact all flights had been cancelled and we had to rebook.

    None of that was mentioned, requested or made apparent at the start of the conversation on the phone or in the email. Instead we got the wrong confirmations on the email and confusion on the phone. I would suggest people call and confirm any upcoming flights just to be sure.”
