The Near East University organised three painting exhibitions last week. These exhibitions are scheduled to continue to the end of the month.

The first exhibition consists of 26 artworks of 10 Albanian artists.

The 26 paintings by 10 Albanian artists  reveal the extraordinary vision of the artists not only through strong and contrasting colours over the representational or realistic values retained by impressionism but also through abstract figures emphasizing the meaning behind the forms and colours.

Speaking on behalf of the Albanian artists, Parid Dule expressed their happiness of being hosted in Cyprus. “I would like to express our gratitude for providing us with the opportunity to arrange and share this exhibition with you. We have come to Cyprus for the first time. We are very happy to be here and leave our marks via our art. That’s why we will never forget it. We thank you for inviting us here and for your interest and hospitality”.
