On Sunday 11th August 2019, the (Zabıta) Municipal Police Department of Girne Municipality evaluated the notification regarding people living on the roof of Burcan Apartment Building and conducted an on-site inspection.
Following the detection of illegal people living in the apartment, a complaint was filed with the Girne Police Department. Police teams joined the Municipality Police at 00:30 on the morning of 12th August, and the process was started in respect of seven people living illegally in the apartment.
