Turkish Marine Colonel Tahir Tan İnce and Sea Captain Hasan Satık, who were assigned to TCG Gür (S-357) Submarine belonging to Turkish Armed Forces and was open to public visits in Girne Port, visited the Mayor of Girne, Nidai Güngördü.
Mayor Güngördü said he was happy to see the Turkish Navy Commanders in Girne and after the speeches, plaques were presented in respect of the courtesy visit.
Went to see submarine on Sunday .but not allowed as we are English living in TRNC. Only open to Turkish public.very disappointed as advertisement said open to public which we thought included persons living in TRNC.
