Girne Municipality are maintaining speed bumps, pedestrian crossings and kerb edges throughout the city.
In order to provide traffic and pedestrian safety within the program, the painting of kerb edges, speed bumps, pedestrian crossings and road markings renewal works are continuing on various streets of the city by Girne Municipality.
Girne Mayor Nidai Güngördü, said road safety, as well as the aesthetics of the city is important in terms of the Municipality and the BELPAZ company are happy to carry out the work for the benefit of people, vehicles, and the elements.
Güngördü stated that the company also provides services to other Municipalities and the government as well as Girne Municipality, “We have invested in safety of vehicles and people, and we see the results of this”.
