The European University of Lefke recently organised an event to introduce the traditional Cypriot Dish The “Magarina Bulli” (Pasta with chicken) which was cooked and served to the students.
The Magarına Bulli was prepared by the students of the Department of Gastronomy in the kitchen of the University.
The idea behind the event was for foreign students of the university to taste the traditional cuisine of Cyprus.
