Margaret Sheard and I are delighted as members, to receive the Winter Newsletter from the Royal British Legion, Kyrenia Branch and find a wealth of information in it and the RBL Branch plans for the future which you can read below.
The newsletter contains an introduction and news from the new Chairman, Keith Lloyd who sends his best wishes to members and urges caution against the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease which is currently a threat to our health and we should all take note of this current health threat.
RBL have had a very productive past year and thanks should be given to past and founding Chairman, Major Brian Thomas who with his colleagues have created a fine Royal British Legion Branch in Northern Cyprus which was founded on 1st October 2011.
Perhaps we may all have had a few health issues over the past months and the news from RBL that they are collaborating with the Memorial Health Care Group based in Istanbul and that RBL members can collect their membership cards is great news.
