On Wednesday 31st October, the Soulist Coffee and Music House in Alsancak welcomed Raziye Kocaismail, founder of Help Those with Cancer Association (Tulips), to present her with the money raised for Tulips at the “Friends Across Borders” charity concert held at The Soulist on 28th September.
Alper Cengiz and Roland Eyerich were proud to hand over to Raziye the sum of 7,040TL and €5 which was raised on the night. Raziye presented framed Certificates of Honour to Alper and Roland, and also to Connie Eyerich and Adeleh Mozafari, in appreciation of their fundraising event, together with a beautiful framed picture.
It was nice to catch up with Raziye, who we haven’t seen in quite a long time, for this special donation to Tulips from the Soulist charity concert. We hope to catch up with Raziye soon to establish what we can do to help promote events and activities for Tulips to continue their mission of caring for cancer sufferers.
