Girne Municipality, organized an awareness event about love and caring of animals for the Bellapais Kindergarten. The event was attended by Naile Soyel, the Head of the Health Branch of the Girne Municipality, and the children were informed about the problem of street animals and the Animal and Rehabilitation Center of the Municipality of Girne. The children had the opportunity to get to know a dog by loving the dog brought to meet them by the Municipality.
The children also donated food to the Municipality of Girne Municipality Animal and Rehabilitation Center.
Naile Soyel, the Head of the Health Department of the Girne Municipality, said that in October, many schools and institutions visited the Animal and Rehabilitation Center of the Municipality of Girne and made donations and wished to thank them for the work being carried out by the Municipality, which has drawn attention to the growing awareness of the problem of street animals in the community.
