News from Tulips – Help Those With Cancer Association ….
Hello readers,
Friday 7th September 2018 was a great night for Tulips at the Baroosh Bar, Alsancak!
The Baroosh Bar (Alsancak) Quizzers raised a fantastic 3,075TL For Tulips on the 7th September.
Tulips would like to say a massive thank you to Kevin Parker and Sharon Haines (Baroosh Owners) for organising the quiz which was in fact in memory of Kevin’s mother, Sylvia, who passed away on the 19th June from cancer.
Kevin and Sharon donated all the prizes for the ‘Meat’ raffle plus 50% of the cost of each meal on the night.
Our thanks also go to Richard Brown who very generously donated 1,000TL, the winning team who put their earnings back into the Tulips pot and of course our quiz master for the night Steve Gittins.
Finally we would also like to thank the quizzers, had you not been there parting with your hard earned cash this money would not have been raised!
