The Ministry of Public Works and Transportation is taking action to ease the congestion at the entry point to the TRNC at Metehan Border Gate.
Minister of Public Works and Transportation, Tolga Atakan, visited the entry point on 3rd September together with the Director of Construction and Planning Department, Fuat Çelebi.
Following a short inspection of the area, Minister Atakan gave instructions for a project to be drawn along the lines of an agreed method that will help ease traffic.
With the project, the Ministry aims to eliminate the congestion at the entry point through the urgent implementation of the project.
