Slimmer’s World at Sartaj Restaurant, Çatalköy

We have received the following news from Kim Betts about the Slimmer’s World Group which meets at the Sartaj Restaurant, Çatalköy and are sharing this for our local readers who may wish to go along to meet the group and prepare for a slimline Christmas.

“There has been a change to the format and consultant at the very successful Slimmer’s World at Sartaj Restaurant Çatalköy. Why not come along and join the group – start getting ready for wearing that LBD (little black dress) or LBT for gents (less baggy trousers) at Xmas.

Although this is NOT Slimming World as per UK – it is just as successful with lots of support and interesting ideas to help lose weight and maintain the loss for ever more.

The Sartaj group would like to thank their previous consultant Cathy Meddes for her help and guidance over the years – she started the groups (Alsancak and Çatalköy) and without her there would be many more chubbies still amongst us!!
