We are trying hard to publish on our website and in our Enewspaper news and reviews that are of interest firstly to our island community and also to a worldwide readership which has an interest in our Jewel of an island in the Mediterranean.
With this in mind Margaret Sheard and I were delighted to meet with a great friend and colleague, Richard Beale, at Hati’s Cafe in Esentepe and we went on to present to him with an award at his local football ground in recognition for his hard work in promoting local football in general and also his home village team, Esentepe KKSK.
Richard’s warmth and enthusiasm for his new homeland and all of the people around him is very infectious and is it any surprise that he also entertains so many people through his Sport Quizzes in our Enewspaper and long may it continue.
