The 10th International Symposium on the History of Turkish Sea Trading, organized by the Near East University (YDU) and the Turkish Historical Society, is being held in the TRNC.
The main theme of the symposium, which began on April 12th, is “Eastern Mediterranean and Cyprus”.
The 45 researchers and scientists participating in the Symposium will share their findings and views on topics such as the place of Cyprus’s maritime trade in history, maritime trade law, cultural interaction promoted by maritime trade and piracy movements.
