Very soon International Soprano and Grammy Nominee, Ms Demetra George – Mustafaoğlu will be returning from her home in the US to her beloved home here in Çatalköy, North Cyprus.
From here she will be leading an international cast including Nuri Harun Ateş, and Demetra’s protégée Peri Sualp in a new fund raising concert at the Ataturk Culture Center, Nicosia on 28th April in aid of the Kemal Saraçoğlu Foundation for Children with Leukemia and Cancer War.
Here in North Cyprus, her good friend Ece Sualp has been very busy planning and making all of the arrangements for what will be another fantastic night starting with a cocktail party before the concert which will be full of songs and music which will feature a “Night at the Movies” with best songs from film musicals and we gather the props and costumes with a strong hint of Disney will soon be arriving from the US.
