Municipality of Girne Second Spring members came together for a Christmas dinner to celebrate the forthcoming New Year.
Girne Municipality Second Spring Project members benefited from the Christmas dinner arranged for over 600 residents and they spent a lovely day enjoying their time together. At the dinner the members received gifts from the hotel. Also at the event the Second Spring members were given cupcakes which were supplied by Girne Municipality.
Güngördü: We live in peace
Girne Mayor Nidai Güngördü stated that the members of the Second Spring Project are happy to welcome another New Year. Güngördü emphasized that the people of Cyprus have been living in peace since 1974 and being in the Middle East where difficult days are experienced, he wished everyone to live a life with fair rights in the world.
At the end of his speech, he hoped the year 2018 would be full of peace in the world.
