Due to a technical breakdown in the main water pipeline carrying Turkish water passing westward towards Iskenderun Caddesi on the Ugur Mumcu Bulavari and entrance to Yeni Liman roundabout, repair work is being carried out.
According to the statement made by the Water Affairs Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, it may take 4-5 days for the work to be completed by the contractor and water will be made available to many areas every 3 days.
Citizens are urged to use water sparingly so that water can be supplied to every part of the city until this work is completed.
