Erdoğan and Tsipras agree to work towards a solution in Cyprus
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras agreed last week to work towards reaching a solution in Cyprus.
Erdoğan held a bilateral meeting with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras during his visit to Peking, in the People’s Republic of China, where he was attending the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.
During the meeting, Erdoğan and Çipras agreed on the continuation of the Cyprus negotiations, even though the desired outcome has not been reached yet, and on increasing efforts to reach a settlement with a positive agenda.
TRNC Kids Fitness Team competes at Balkan Championship
The TRNC Kids Fitness National Team had great success at the WFF FID-KIDS Balkan Championship, in which 112 athletes from the TRNC, Croatia, Serbia, Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, Albania, Slovakia and Bosnia Herzegovina participated.
The TRNC Kids Fitness Team won 11 individual championships and achieved first place in the group dance.
