The “Standard Menu” is always available and consists of Full English, Continental or Turkish Breakfasts, Omelettes, Organic Salads, freshly prepared Baguettes, home‑made Soups, Turkish Meze, “catch of the day” – Sea Bass, Sea Bream or Salmon, and our sharing Platters of cheese, homemade Chicken Liver Parfait, and our new seafood platter which is going down a wow !
Our ‘Special Menu’ is based around 6 themes:-
Mondays we close, Tuesday – Perfect Pasta, Wednesday – Succulent Steaks, Thursday – Indian Spice, Friday – Fabulous Fish, Saturday – Tasty Turkish, and Sunday either Traditional Sunday Roasts or Beach Barbecue dependent upon the season and weather.
Spring Opening Hours:–
10am serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch, reservations taken for evening meals (During the Summer we will be open until late!)
To accompany our amazing food we also serve Local & Imported Alcohol, a wide range of Local & Imported wines, Bottles of Sparkling Prosecco, Jugs of Pimms, or try one of our Café Deniz Cocktails, or specialist Coffees & Teas.
The ambiance of the whole place is centred around relaxation and enjoyment, and this is further accentuated by the sounds of live acoustic music on Thursday evenings, Saturdays with chilled local guitarist & singer(s) – sometimes students just doing the sort of thing that they do down the harbour, “Informal chilled Turkish evenings” or lazy Sunday afternoons .
Our outside lounge area has proven very popular with our guests, who get so comfortable it’s hard to leave. Seating for up to 16 people, it’s the perfect venue for small social occasions or corporate events.
Our rooftop terrace has magnificent views of both the mountains and the Mediterranean, and at night the subtle lighting and candlelight partnered with a magical sunset, makes Café Deniz the perfect venue for that extra-special dining experience.

Coming out of Girne on the road towards Ozankoy & Catalkoy, go past Grand Pasha Casino. Take the left turn towards the sea between Lastik Tyres & Comfy Petshop, follow the road down the hill, and over the speed bumps. When you reach the bottom of the road and you see the sea, you will find Café Deniz on the right hand side.
