North Cyprus Events Calendar from 11th May 2017

A list of events you can look forward to in North Cyprus. For those charity fund-raisers, venues etc. who would like to include an event in the Weekly Events Calendar, contact Chris or Margaret at cyprusscene.com. The Events Calendar is published every week on Thursday so please try to submit information to be included by Wednesday pm each week.

In addition, if you register as a member of northcyprusforum.net, your events can be included in the members’ calendar.

Blakes Lounge Bar and Bistro will be having a weekly Sunday Brunch event with music by saxophonist Ivan Lavrentev from 2.30pm to 4.30pm. A nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon. To book a table call 0548 839 4007.

First Tuesday of the month – Men’s Breakfast Meeting – 8.30-10.00am – Uncle Sam’s, Dogankoy (upstairs) … All men are welcome to enjoy just a coffee or a full breakfast (English, Turkish, American) while having the opportunity to discuss or question any aspect of the Christian faith – or just to listen. The Food Lodge, Catalkoy will be having a Moroccan Sunday Lunch every week from 21^st May … 1pm to 4pm … Choice of starters and main course … 45TL per person.

Heidi Trautmann will be having an exhibition of her work at the Rauf Raif Denktas Culture and Congress Centre in Famagusta … The opening is at 6pm on Saturday 15^th April and the exhibition will continue during normal working hours until 15^th May … A wonderful chance for lovers of art to see Heidi’s work which may well be her last big exhibition.
