By popular demand we are repeating the Vox Pop programme with Turkish sub titles, when I went with my BRT2 TV recording crew to Sardunya Bay in Karşiyaka where I interviewed Laura Cox and Robin Lavender.
Laura originally came from the UK where her hobby was singing and after deciding to leave her busy lifestyle behind to live in a quieter Northern Cyprus, she now enjoys the Turkish Cuisine and also the lovely sunny weather. Robin originates from Holland but with his dad being British, he is very accomplished in the English language, he is a proficient hobby guitarist and also decided to come to live here.
Laura and Robin became friends through meeting at Sardunya Bay and discovering their joint interest in music and now hope to pursue their hobbies together by singing and playing music here in Northern Cyprus.
My interview with Laura and Robin will be screened on Sunday 30th April at 15.00pm and it will be repeated on Tuesday 2nd May at 18.30pm so do tune in to join me on my show, Vox Pop on BRT2 Television.
