NCCCT Coffee Morning

Panta Restaurant & Bar in Çatalköy was the venue for our first coffee morning of the season on Tuesday, 11th October 2016.
It was our second visit to Panta and once again Otto and his staff made us feel very welcome. Delicious spring rolls were provided by Otto and he also very kindly donated raffle prizes of meals in the restaurant. We are so grateful for his continued support. Thanks, Otto!
The tasty hazelnut cake and lemon drizzle cake were very generously donated by Rowena, who is a regular stallholder at our coffee mornings. Her chutneys, jams, marmalade, pickles, etc, always prove very popular with our supporters. It was such a lovely gesture and much appreciated.

An extra treat this year will be Rowena’s Christmas Puddings, which will be on sale at our Christmas Bazaar at the Pia Bella Hotel in Girne on 10th December.
About 120 people enjoyed the coffee morning and the sum raised was just over 3,000TL. This money will be used to purchase much-needed medical equipment for the local hospital.
