Like so many people, I was so very sad to learn of the passing of Chris Widdows from cancer on Saturday 26th March.
I had met Chris many times in the 
past at social functions and found him to have been be such a quiet but friendly man who took great interest in those people he met and enjoyed life with.
He was a keen Line Dancer with his wife Yolanda and loved his dogs and we send our sincere condolences to family and friends at this sad time.
For those local friends and those who had met him and would like to show their respect, Chris Widows will be laid to rest at the Green Hill Cemetery, on Friday 1st April at 2.30PM and this can be found off the Girne by pass close to the GAU roundabout.
