Car Boot Pink Coffee Morning in Alsancak

This being Pink October, which is all about raising awareness for Breast Cancer, on the 14th October, Mo Dogacan from the Car Boot in Alsancak held a Pink Coffee morning to help raise money for Tulips and promote awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
It was a lovely day and there was a fantastic turnout with approx 30 people attending. Some of whom brought a wonderful selection of cakes. These cakes were sold along with crafts and gifts from stalls and also a raffle to raise the much needed money for Tulips/Help Those with Cancer Association.
A superb 1,370TL was raised at the event!!!
We would like to thank Mo for all her efforts in organising this event, Barbara Willbye for selling the raffle tickets, Auriana Stevens for donating from goods sold on her stall, the ladies who baked the delicious cakes and all those who attended and gave so generously to make it such a successful event.
