Harvesting the Fruit

(Extract from Viola’s book, Breathing the Rhythm of Success)….

Albert Einstein said “the important problems that we face cannot be resolved on the same level as we create them.”…..   If this is the case, we can change levels to improve our capacity to deal with critical situations and realise improvements in our potential by:

-Following a self development program, using the holistic techniques that suit you most.

-Recognising the special gifts and talents that we have been endowed with, followed up with creativity in using them.

-Manifesting the conviction that our master program is one of health, joy and goodness,

-Assuming responsibility for our existence and actions,

If you get stuck in a particular area or patch of your life, you can face a risk of becoming paralysed and seeing the potential of your creativity worn down by obsession and ineffectiveness, but as each cycle being developed is put in order, it leads us to the next one.

Maintaining an awareness of success is a point of balance in our holistic development and can be found by focusing on three particular cycles in our lives, clearing the past and putting it in order, passionately living the present and creating the future that we need.

Having cleared your past and released the trauma related with it, you will integrate those events into your life. As you experience the present moment and its consequences as a true gift of life, you will also find yourself pleasantly surprised and even amazed by the events that just pop up in your everyday life. Your experience of the past may serve you as a reference but will not limit the energy with which you move, because you know that the present moment is a gift of life.

In this way, you will develop the ability to prevent certain negative situations in opting for positive ones instead and handle uncertainty with an attitude based on conscious learning and teaching. From the awareness of gratitude that comes from living one day to the next, it becomes easy and indeed normal to do what you do with joy and love. Creating a brilliant and abundant future, giving and receiving everything that you deserve is both your privilege and responsibility.

The keys to following a chosen pathway are knowing how and where you are and where you are going. You also need to know what to use to get where you want to go and with this awareness, nothing can stop your success.

According to C.G.Jung “Consciousness is a very recent acquisition of nature and it is still in an experimental stage”…Cherish your awareness of being and doing as part of a global consciousness because, “When one does what one is supposed to be doing, the whole universe conspires to provide you with what you need.” Maestro Jose L. Padilla.

In this process of holistic growth, intuition is what stands out most as you expand your global consciousness. A particular combination of instinct and discernment, intuition is the discernment of wisdom that distinguishes us from other living beings. Instinct provides you with an indication, a yearning, a group of possibilities while discernment provides you with the structure, the ability to assess, and the form and purpose. As instinct and discernment combine together and transform, by adding a touch of imagination, you begin to see sparks of opportunity that, when kindled, can lead to the flourishing of your most creative work.

Our satisfaction in life reaches its maximum expression when our thoughts and actions are revolving to the same rhythm.

Being + Doing + Achieving = Success

BEING – Accepting one’s uniqueness. Self-knowledge and the personal awareness of being in a process of constant change.

DOING – Working with purpose and focus. Making use of the goodness in oneself and in one’s environment as a vehicle to continuous development.

ACHIEVING – Connect with one’s dreams, setting goals, carrying out precise actions that are in line with your planning and moving smoothly through the changes.

SUCCESS – Integrating values into actions, having a holistic view of life, keeping balance and the principle of consultation with the self and others.

Conscious Breathing

Breathing in a conscious and connected way,

Is voyaging in the realm of being beyond words,

Singing the sounds of the universe

With the voice of the soul.

Breathing in a conscious connected way

Is dancing with the self, listening to the song of the spirit.

It is the recognition that life itself is a gift

With different sounds and rhythms,

Some of them we love immediately,

Others are more complicated to accept at first.

If we keep breathing, thinking and acting

In a conscious and connected way,

We will reach the most precious gift of life,

The Acceptance and the Joy of What Is.
