On this week’s Vox Pop programme on BRT2 Live on Sunday 7th of June at 13.30am, I am bringing you a review of the very first North Cyprus Yoga Festival which was held at the delightful Olive Tree Hotel in Çatalköy recently.
As you will see from the slideshow of pictures, we had a great day in the peaceful grounds of the hotel where we met Ayse Oztoprak Who is the co organisor together with Isıl Taşçı and Ayse explained this is the very first Yoga Festival to be held in North Cyprus with international visitors both to demostrate and participate in the various Yoga, Meditation, Dance Therapy and Breath Work activities.
During our visit we spoke to Chacha Pancholi about Power and Energy meditation and Marina Kyprigenea about Hetha Yoga and Alexia Galati about Ashtanga Yoga and so much more, so do tune in and learn more of these fascinating and life changing pursuits.
