As a consumer what is so refreshing is to see companies and their employees who care for their customers and go the extra mile to keep them informed of changes and initiatives that help the consumer find the products and services offered to be both attractive and enjoyable..
We have just received news of a recent event held by Creditwest Bank where they were presenting their vision of the future and how the employees as members of the Creditwest family were an integral part of the contributions needed to take the company forward into the future.
I can recall in the past where I visited large chain stores in the UK only to find some disinterested employees who did not make my visit enjoyable. Given the traditional Mediterranean culture of welcoming visitors and the progressive customer caring culture being displayed by Creditwest Bank and other companies, then the future developments in Northern Cyprus look very good and you can read more of the Creditwest Bank event as follows:

The Meeting with the Theme ‘Journey to the Summit’ was hosted by the Famous Turkish Mountain Climber A. Nasuh Mahruki
On its 20thanniversary Creditwest Bank, the largest private bank in northern Cyprus, organised a motivation meeting named ‘The heroes of the Summit’ for its employees. The Chairman of the Executive Board of Altınbaş Holding Cengiz Biçer and the General Manager of Creditwest Bank Dr. Süleyman Erol gave their speeches during the event organized by the Human Resources Department of Creditwest Bank.
During the meeting, professional mountain climber, writer, photographer, documentary producer A. Nasuh Mahruki gave a detailed presentation about his experiences on his personal development journey. The one-day event also hosted the behavioural sciences expert, writer, actor Mehmet Auf’s ‘The Rhythm of Life – musical business show’.
EROL: We believed and achieved. Now, we are ready for the new summits
In his presentation, the General Manager of Creditwest Bank Dr. Süleyman Erol shared strategic information on Creditwest Bank’s last year performance and future targets. Mr. Erol stated that, especially in the previous nine years, Creditwest Bank has shown a 30% asset growth every year which was the success of the teamwork of the management and the employees. Mr. Erol concluded his presentation with these words “We are ready for the future; we are ready for the new summits.”

In his presentation, the Chairman of the Executive Board of Altınbaş Holding Cengiz Biçer shared the vision and the financial investment targets of Altınbaş Holding wit
h Creditwest Bank employees. The Chairman of the Executive Board of Altınbaş Holding Cengiz Biçer also underlined that Creditwest Bank is the largest private bank in Northern Cyprus and this is 99% the success of its employees. Mr. Biçer stated that Cyprus has historically been the centre of trade and banking, adding that financial services will always continue to exist in relation with trade. He continued his speech stating “keeping this in mind we are continuing our investments in the finance sector as Altınbaş Group, which means that in case of the reunification of Cyprus the overall economy will benefit from this.”
In the visually rich meeting; the motivation video, the videos prepared by the branches and departments and the video showing all the activities organised by the Human Resources Department were shared with the Creditwest family.
Professional mountain climber, writer, photographer, documentary maker Ali Nasuh Mahruki also made a detailed presentation about his experiences on mountain climbing, his targets and achievements in his personal development journey and his life experiences.
All-day event hosted the behavioural sciences expert, writer, actor and motivation speaker Mehmet Auf’s dynamic and innovative ‘The Rhythm of Life- Musical Business Show’ which was quite enjoyable and motivating for the 270 employees of Creditwest Bank.”
