28^th May – Thursday	Classic film event at The Food Lodge in Catalkoy in association with the DVD Shop, Catalkoy. Starting at 6.30pm you can enjoy Gigi (1958)…. 12TL for the film, a soft drink and popcorn. There are also hot dogs and nachos available….There will be a prize on the night for the best prop associated with the movie….To book call 0533 839 8764…
29^th May – Friday	The Hermitage, Girne will be showing a film “The Stones Cry Out”….7pm…. The director of the film will be present to introduce the film and answer questions afterwards. 30^th May – Saturday	RBL Charity Gala Night at The Savoy Ottoman Hotel, featuring Comedy Legend – Bobby Davro…..with supporting artists Andrew Sings….. and Tuxedo Junction….Starts at 7pm with the show starting at 9.30pm…180TL per person for 3-course meal and unlimited premium drinks…. 30^th May – Saturday	British Residents’ Society Blood Donor Day at the Dr Akcicek State Hospital, Girne….10am to 1pm….. If you are able to give blood, please try to go along..

31^st May – Sunday	Dogankoy Coffee Shop will be having an exhibition by IronMan Arts of their iron sculptures and also beautiful glass engraving products….. 11am to 1.30pm…Cream teas will also be available..

7^th June – Sunday	The next treat for cricket lovers will be the Creditwest ALL CYPRUS FESTIVAL. 4 teams from South Cyprus are taking on the North’s best 5 sides in a quick fire, all action 5 overs/innings tournament. The venue will be the Pia Bella Stadium..
9^th June – Tuesday	NCCCT Coffee Morning will be at the Malpas Hotel, Catalkoy, starting at 10.30am, another lovely venue for this popular event…. Come along for coffee/tea and cakes and meet up with friends and browse around the many stalls selling a variety of items.

10^th June – Wednesday	Friends of the TRNC Emergency Services will be having their Afternoon Tea at the Black Olive Cafe, Alsancak at 3pm….The guest speaker will be Bill Clark and the talk will be “One Policeman’s :Lot”…. 15TL for unlimited tea/coffee and also there will be delicious sandwiches and cakes….To book contact Brenda on 0533 840 7834..

Children in Need will have a marquee with Face Painting and balloons for the Children…. Jamie The Man in Black will be entertaining us and the Lady and Lad in Red will be promoting Blood awareness on behalf of the British Residents Society….. This should be a real fun day so please bring the kids and party with us.
13^th June – Saturday	The Black Olive Cafe, Alsancak present Glastonvicki… starting from 2pm…. Entertainment by Scratchband, Barry Snakes, Gavin Simons, Rachel Saunby and many others….. The event will be in aid of Children in Need Foundation…Tickets are 20TL for adults if obtained in advance and 25TL on the day, children with adults free….Tickets will be available from Black Olive Cafe and Bestseller Bookshops in Karakum and Alsancak..

26^th, 27^th, 28^th November –Thursday, Friday and Saturday	RBL present their pantomime Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves at the Chateau Lambousa Theatre… There are 300 tickets available for each performance which will be 3 evening and 2 matinees for the children….
