KAR opens new shop in Girne

Kyrenia Animal Rescue (KAR) officially opened a new shop in Girne on Monday 18th May and Audrey Ellison, a long time resident of the TRNC gave a short speech and cut the ribbon. The new shop is situated near to the existing shop opposite the Kyrenia Tavern and a short walk from the main car park past the Fire Station.
The new shop will be selling household items and linens and some furniture items so will be an added attraction to the existing shop which sells many items of clothing and bric-a-brac. Both shops are open from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays, volunteers to help in the shops are always needed so if anyone is interested please contact Gwen Cassell on the number shown below.
Gwen Cassell, a long time volunteer and supporter of KAR is responsible for both shops and can easily work between the two as they are so close together.
I am sure this will be an added bonus to raise much needed funds with a wider range of items for sale and cyprusscene wish the new shop every success.
