14^th May – Thursday	Classic film event at The Food Lodge in Catalkoy in association with the DVD Shop, Catalkoy. Starting at 6.30pm you can enjoy Sunset Boulevard (1950)…. 12TL for the film, a soft drink and popcorn. There are also hot dogs and nachos available….There will be a prize on the night for the best prop associated with the movie….To book call 0533 839 8764…
15^th to 19^th May –Friday to Tuesday	1^st North Cyprus Yoga Festival will be held at The Olive Tree Hotel, Catalkoy… Great teachers of Yoga will demonstrate and will be coming from different parts of the world – India (the land of Yoga), Turkey and North Cyprus…. More information to follow soon..

9^th June – Tuesday	NCCCT Coffee Morning will be at the Malpas Hotel, Catalkoy, starting at 10.30am, another lovely venue for this popular event…. Come along for coffee/tea and cakes and meet up with friends and browse around the many stalls selling a variety of items.

13^th June – Saturday	TRNC/World Blood Awareness Party at Cirali Bakery Garden, Karakum from 10am onwards…. Children in need will have a marquee with Face Painting and balloons for the Children…. Jamie The Man in Black will be entertaining us and the Lady and Lad in Red will be promoting Blood awareness on behalf of the British Residents Society….. This should be a real fun day so please bring the kids and party with us.
13^th June – Saturday	The Black Olive Cafe, Alsancak present Glastonvicki… starting from 2pm…. Entertainment by Scratchband, Barry Snakes, Gavin Simons, Rachel Saunby and many others….. The event will be in aid of Children in Need Foundation…Tickets are 20TL for adults and 10TL for children if obtained in advance and 25TL adults/15TL children on the day….Tickets will be available from Black Olive Cafe and Bestseller Bookshops in Karakum and Alsancak..
17^th June – Wednesday	Children in Need – Supper Club event at The Colony Garden…. 26^th, 27^th, 28^th November –Thursday, Friday and Saturday	RBL present their pantomime Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves at the Chateau Lambousa Theatre… There are 300 tickets available for each performance which will be 3 evening and 2 matinees for the children…. Tickets are 35TL and 40TL for the Saturday performance… There will be a free drink on arrival and a raffle each evening….
