~~From 8^th May – Friday – Change of Venue for Friday get-togethers~~	Please note the Friday get-together will still be at Acmenya Restaurant until further notice. The Foreign Residents in the TRNC (TFR) will be using their summer venue of Sea Point Restaurant in Lapta (on the main Lapta strip) for their weekly get-togethers which will now start at 4pm…
7^th – 8^th – 9^th May – Thursday to Saturday	KADS will be giving one of their brilliant productions – Absolute Kads and Bounders III at the Kyrenia Municipality Cultural Centre…..Tickets 25TL…. 7^th May – Thursday	Classic film event at The Food Lodge in Catalkoy in association with the DVD Shop, Catalkoy. Starting at 6.30pm you can enjoy Peter’s Friends (1992)…. 12TL for the film, a soft drink and popcorn. There are also hot dogs and nachos available….There will be a prize on the night for the best prop associated with the movie….To book call 0533 839 8764…
10^th May – Sunday	Creditwest North Cyprus Cricket T20 League final between Cyprus Lions and Girne will be held at 1.30pm at the rear of Tempo Supermarket in Catalkoy….Beforehand there will be the League’s 5/6th playoff starting at 10am.
12^th May – Tuesday	NCCCT Coffee Morning will be held at the Dome Hotel in Girne starting at 10.30am…..Always a very popular event so please go along and give your support…
12^th May – Tuesday	Menmeet at 11am in the St Andrew’s Church Hall….The speaker will be Edward Barrett talking about the Four Major Canals of the World…The event will be followed by lunch at a local cafe….All men welcome.
13^th May – Wednesday	Black Olive Cafe, Alsancak will be hosting the Afternoon Tea for Friends of the TRNC Emergency Services….3pm….15TL to include tea/coffee, sandwiches and cakes….The speaker will be Jenny Johnston talking about some of her experiences during her life.

13^th June – Saturday	TRNC/World Blood Awareness Party at Cirali Bakery Garden, Karakum from 10am onwards…. Children in need will have a marquee with Face Painting and balloons for the Children…. Jamie The Man in Black will be entertaining us and the Lady and Lad in Red will be promoting Blood awareness on behalf of the British Residents Society….. This should be a real fun day so please bring the kids and party with us.
