Auction at Jessic’s Bar

An amazing total of 6,625TL was raised in just one afternoon at Jessic’s bar in Karşiyaka. On Saturday 31st January, the Rotary Club of Kyrenia Liman funds got a wonderful boost through a mega auction of over 60 lots, a raffle, and the generous donation from Jessic’s proprietor Mush of 5TL from every barbeque meal ordered.
New and nearly new items pushed prices higher, with some lots reaching 300-400 TL. Friends line dancers added to the Party 
atmosphere, and got the afternoon off to a lively start.
100% of the proceeds will go directly to local causes supported by the Rotary Club of Kyrenia Liman including their major project for this Rotary Year. They will be donating a wheelchair accessible Patient Transport Vehicle to the new Renal Dialysis Unit at Girne Hospital, making it easier for patients to reach vital appointments on time, and helping the hospital’s scheduling system to work more efficiently.
