A few months after starting cyprusscene.com Margaret and I had a telephone call from Can Gazi the Presenter and Producer of the BRT2 TV show, A Cup of Conversation when he invited us into the studio for an interview which resulted in a great friendship developing and ongoing contact.
Having seen the live screening of the show I was very impressed at what Can was trying to do by bringing news of interesting people and their activities
to the English speaking people in Northern Cyprus.
I was so impressed that I suggested to Can that we publicise weekly on cyprusscene.com the news of his latest shows so that hopefully it would increase the numbers of people watching and following the shows and, as they say, the rest is history.
A Cup of Conversation shows were aired twice and unless a repeat viewing was screened, these fascinating interviews are then archived.
The good news was that BRTK updated their website and this now has a selection of archived videos which you can watch and let’s hope that going forward into 2015 we will see many more A Cup of Conversation shows added to this listing which you can see below and hopefully tune in and watch.
