Dervis Eroglu image 3Eroğlu added that any precondition laid down by the Greek Cypriot side will not be accepted because in case Turkish Cypriot side accepted anything the  Greek Cypriot side will ask for more concessions and their demands could even go to asking for the return of Güzelyurt.

Expressing that the Greek Cypriot side demanded territory from various places including Karpaz, Eroğlu stressed that the Turkish Cypriot side’s principles on the issue of property entailed exchange, compensation and return.
